PSPOP3 Inspector - Sergei Pleis (Pleis Software)

IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sergei Pleis - the author of the Software Product identified above ("Software Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the Software Product.

The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.

LICENSING

This Software Product is licensed either as Freeware or as Shareware dependent on how many POP3 accounts is defined or to be administered.

This Software Product is Freeware if no more than 5 (five) POP3 accounts is defined or to be administered and Shareware if more than 5 (five) POP3 accounts is defined or be administered. If you use this Software Product as Shareware version, then you must purchase a license.

GRANT OF LICENSE

The Author grants you the right to install and use copies of the Software Product on your computers. You may also make copies of the Software Product as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Maintenance of Copyright Notices
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on all copies of the Software Product.

Distribution
The Freeware version of this Software Product as well as unregistered Shareware version may be copied and distributed without restrictions as long as it is not sold and all original files are included, including this license. The registered Shareware version of this Software Product may not be distributed by you.

The distribution on liable to pay the costs CDs/DVDs or via liable to pay the costs Services is possible only after consultation with the author. Exception is the ditribution via Books or Magazine CDs/DVDs: this is possible without previous permission of the author.

Restrictions
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on all copies of the Software Product.
You may not rent, lease or lend the Software Product.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software product.

TERMINATION OF LICENSE

The author may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software Product.

NO WARRANTIES

The Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software Product. The Software Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software Product remains with you.
